Triple Sonic aims to promote industrial automation,
developed PK-1400 series of suction machine for tile
loading and unloading machine. It uses the vacuum suction principle,
load the tiles to pallet and unload onto production line.
PK-1400 series has great practical utility and labor cost down advantage.
PK-1400S is a single suction with multi-function machine, positioned directly at the kiln exit or before the
sorting line;it can load, unload and store ceramic tiles from storage pallets.
- Fixed working platform :
The robot arm linked to the sorting line allocate a fixed
working platform. - Collecting / unloading robot :
Robot arm with sucker for the transfer of tile squares from
pallets to the roller table, with high efficiency vacuum pump,
electro-pneumatic system and safety devices ( limit switches, photoelectric sensor ) . - Great flexibility :
No foundation required, the sucking device with a large
number of silicon suckers, can handle all the irreqular sizes,
without any adjustment . The machine can work at high
temperatures, size change is fast.
